The Engage Wellness Plan offers a variety of benefits to help you get and stay well. Including Direct Primary Care, Access to Telemedicine and Mental Health Support, Procedure Cost Compare Tools, and so much more.

Direct Primary Care

Engage Wellness Plan participants and their families have full access to our direct primary care services. This valuable benefit allows participants to see selected providers for urgent care, primary care, and other services for only ten-dollars per visit.

Participating providers offer world-class healthcare including immediate treatment. For example, Direct primary care can assist you if your child has a broken arm, need prescriptions, or x-rays all for a low cost.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine allows participants to receive healthcare advice from anywhere and at any hour. It can also save you time by letting you contact a provider by phone, rather than driving to an office.

Seventy-percent of Primary Care and forty-percent of Urgent Care visits can be handled over the phone, so reach out and talk an expert!

Mental Health

Feeling stressed at work? Struggling with your child’s behavioral changes? Seeking support for a family member who is struggling with addiction? With proactive mental health and addiction services, you and your family members can find the right support you need through BLUNOVUS and CARE Connectors.

With a large network of therapists, behavioral health specialists, and addiction counselors you can find the right match for mental health. All resources are private and confidential.

The Engage Wellness Plan can save you thousands of dollars in medical costs each year by connecting you with affordable prices on hundreds of “shoppable” procedures including imaging, outpatient surgery, maternity, labs and so much more. Our exclusive data platform will help you take ownership of your healthcare.

Supplemental Benefits

Participants with sufficient wellness reserve amounts may qualify to receive supplemental benefits such as Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, and more. Reserve amounts will vary, so we will discuss all of your options at the time of enrollment.

Personal Health Dashboard

With our powerful, easy-to-use Personal Health Dashboard, you can personalize and meet your health goals, as well as stay in compliance with the program.

There are a wide variety of options for you to choose from including live individual coaching sessions for weight-loss or smoking cessation, health risk assessments, health library access, fitness and nutrition trackers, and much more

Employee Requirements

To remain compliant with all government regulations regarding this Wellness Program and to continue receiving your benefits at no out-of-pocket cost, you must complete at least one Wellness Activity per quarter.

There are a large variety of activities that qualify. Activities are tracked on the Personal Health Dashboard and reminders and prompts will be sent to you regularly.
